Private Casita w/ Pool* & BBQ in Historic Melrose

Read more under HOUSE RULES for more details. Our cozy casita is located in the Woodlawn Park neighborhood, a short car ride from the Melrose and Willo Districts. Located near some of the best restaurants in Phoenix, this is the perfect stay for visitors who want to explore the local food scene. The space Our property has a shared pool and jacuzzi that will keep you relaxed on the hottest days of the Arizona summer. As well as an outdoor built-in grill under a pergola so you can bbq even on the rare days that it decides to rain! The casita does not have a kitchen but is equipped with all the essential appliances like a refrigerator, microwave and keurig to curb your daily dose of caffeine (why cook when you have some of the best Phoenix food minutes away). PLEASE NOTE: Most residential pool in Arizona are NOT heated, they self-heat in 100+ degree weather. Approximately from mid-April to mid-September most guest use the pool, and from mid-September to mid-April is jacuzzi weather. Please keep this in mind when you are booking your reservation. Other things to note HOUSE RULES Please make sure you have read and understand all the house rules during check-in. It is expected that all house rules are abided by during your stay. • Do not book the casita for on someone else's behave. If the individual who books is not staying the night we have the right to report this to Airbnb. • Do not book the casita for anyone underage, even if you are the minor's guardian. • Check-out is promptly at 11:00am. • Return both casita and side gate keys. $30 will be withheld from your deposit if keys need to be replaced. • Our residence is a non-smoke/non-vape unit. If you are a smoker, please speak with the hosts about designated smoking areas. • Smoking or vaping on the premises in a non-designated area is immediate grounds for loss of guest’s security deposit. • Please keep all doors locked while you’re out. • Quiet hours are after 10:00pm and before 8:00am. • No parties allowed. • Visitor must be approved by hosts and must leave before the 10:00pm curfew. • All visitors must read rules prior to their arrival and will also be expected to follow them. • No kids are allowed (12 & under). • No pets are allowed. • Please be mindful of our neighbors. We live in a residential neighborhood with other families, so please treat our surrounding area as you would your own. • In accordance with expected standards, we do have outdoor security cameras to ensure everyone’s safety. • Standard cleaning fee does not include the barbecue and pool area. Please clean after yourselves to help keep the cleaning fees low and avoid the $200 deposit on your Airbnb booking by leaving the two communal areas in the same condition they were before you used them. • Before checking out please place all used towels in the navy-blue laundry bag located in the closet. You do not have to strip the bed; we will take care of that for you :) • Lastly, before you leave please take the trash and recycling out and place them in the appropriate containers in the front of our house near the garage.
