Contemporary retreat in nature. Plunge into the Cool Tub when the sun is out or turn the dial to heat the Hot Tub when the Moon is out. Blanchard Park is right outside with Riverside Walking / Biking Trails. Unique location that is very secluded but literally close to all major urban needs. Restaurants, UCF, Winter Park, Metro Orlando, Universal and Disney all within 5 minutes to 30 minutes. The space Unique extra large property that is very private yet in the middle of town. There are other rental properties on site and 1 available RV site to rent if needed. We are within 8 minutes of UCF , 10 minutes to downtown and 45 minutes to Cocoa Beach. Other things to note Primary Renter /booking guest must be over 21 years of age and present during stay. Maximum number of guests 8. Violation will result in eviction or minimum extra charge of $100 per person per night. No pets allowed, violations will result in $250 charge and/or cancellation of reservation. No Smoking in house. Outside OK. If house smells to smoke a $250 charge for air purification will apply. Septic System- Do Not flush anything other than toilet paper. Clogs resulting from anything other than toilet paper results in repair charges being billed to guest. No Parties means inviting non-guests for a large gathering. Of course registered guests can have fun as long as you respect my neighbors.
