Minutes from University of California San Diego (UCSD), buses, Torrey Pines golf and hiking, and La Jolla beaches. Shopping Center with Movies, Starbuck's, Trader Joe's and Ralphs groceries, Chipotle, Poke, Microbrews, immediately next door. Great for students, professors, health professionals, researchers, etc. The space Beautifully appointed home. Smoke free environment. Spacious quiet Master Suite (large bedroom with en suite private bathroom with both a shower and large tub) with high-ceilings, no shared walls with the other master suite, ceiling fan, flat screen TV with Netflix, and wireless Internet access. Comfortable Queen Size bed. Overlooks peaceful trees and rock garden. Comfortable for up to two people. Guest access Full laundry. Full Kitchen Privileges. Guests will have access to their bedroom (of course!), the garage for parking (if necessary), kitchen with all pots/pans/knives/utensils/etc., refrigerator and pantry space for storing own food, dining area, living room, patio/backyard, and laundry room (basically everywhere except the 2 other bedrooms), one of which is always owner-occupied, and one of which may host another Airbnb guest(s)) who, the same at this room, is/are under non-exclusive license from owner (who also occupies the unit). During your stay Interaction with guests is at their discretion. I am very happy to help out with local recommendations and information. When this room is available I am more likely to be using the third bedroom downstairs, while the other master suite in the unit is used by other guest(s). Other things to note [CURRENTLY DOGS MENTIONED BELOW AND IN MY PROFILE PICTURE ARE VERY VERY RARELY AT THE CONDO - PERHAPS JUST ONCE OR TWICE A MONTH FOR A FEW HOURS AND USUALLY JUST ONE DOG] A sweet 35 lb. mix and/or a Labrador/Golden Retriever service dog in training puppy are VERY infrequently at the unit.
