The 286 sq. ft.apartment is 2 adjacent rooms. which can be converted to 2 separate bedrooms. One is a king bedroom & the other is a full sleep sofa, table & pantry kitchen. The space PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING: Our rooms are extremely well priced compared to our competition but the Pines because it’s seasonal & close to NYC is very expensive. 1. Our rooms are rustic not slick. 2. We are not a luxury hotel just a guest house. 3. Because of the wood construction walls are not soundproof. 4. The photos make the room seem larger. 5. There is access to a small communal kitchenette by appointment. Please review the floorpan in the photo stream to understand the space. The room is cozy at 286 sq. Including bath. ft. total [please look at plan] Ft total. There are exposed wooden beams in the ceiling. The ceiling height is 8' . The bathroom has a frosted glass indoor window. *There is a sink, fridge, microwave & coffee maker, tableware, cooking supplies in the pantry kitchen. There is also a private portable cooktop & toaster oven for each room that you can use in the stove room (or in a covered communal designated area by appointment. The room has AC & portable heaters are available. There are also DVD players & IPads for rainy days. Guest access We have no other communal indoor spaces except the kitchen. We have 3 separate exterior guest areas for lounging or dining.
