We are only 17 miles to King canyon national park on 180 East and many other recreational outdoors. The house has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms Bedroom 1: 1 Full, 1 Twin beds Bedroom 2: 2 Full beds Bedroom 3: 2 Full beds Bedroom 4: 1 king bed, 1 sofa bed Kitchen with Stove, microwave, toaster, fridge, coffee maker, all necessary utensils in kitchen. Breakfast Table for six people. Large attached playroom area with games, detached garage with a charging station for electric vehicles (additional fee), Plenty of parking. Four bedrooms and two bathroom s are available for you. Playroom area with some games is included. Should you have any question, I can be reach by text or by calling me via whatsup. Phone signal inside the house may not work but if you walk towards the front gate, the signaI gets better. Best option is activating your WIFI calling on your phone setting. The property sits on 60 acres. We have another property up the hill so from time to time, you may see a car or two driving up the hill but this should not interfere with your stay. People are very friendly in the area. Walking on the street is a great morning activity since the street is not very busy. Please note that the county is in the process of changing the city name, when you enter the address on your GPS, it may change the city name from Squaw Valley to Yokuts Valley (36508 Ruth Hill Road,Yokuts Valley Rd CA 93675) no worries as it is the same. You will need your car as there is no public transportation in the area. The streets may get narrower as you get up the hill. At night (during November thru June), you may encounter some mist while driving up or down the hill. If you have a larger group, we may be able to accommodate as we have another property up the hill within the same property. EV charger available for an additional charge. (See wall outlet Picture, charging cable not provided) The horses names: the big brown one is Luna the light brown one is Bambi and the white one is coco There are two cows (mother and daughter) in the property as well. You are allow to feed fruits to horses. We may provide stays longer than a week cleaning services for an extra fee. If you will bring your small pet, we need to know prior to your visit. There is an extra fee. (See house manual for additional instructions) The weather is usually nice. (50’/60’s c from December thru March and 70’/90’s thought-out the rest of the year. No need for car chain as it only snows ones or twice a year during the months of December thru February (it usually melts within a day or so). If you drive up to Sequoia National Park, you will most likely find lots of snow during the months of November thru February.
