This peaceful 4 bedroom cottage gives you privacy you need to relax and allows you to be one with nature. Swimming in gorgeous pigeon lake is just a walk away from the house.There is lots of out door space on the property to enjoy and have fun. Great fishing in the area, very close public boat launch in Buckhorn, and great snowmobiling in the winter. Try cooking a meal on the bbq to enjoy on the sunny wooden deck and making s’mores by the bonfire for desert! The space Heat and AC to keep you comfortable. thouroughly cleaned and sanitized before each stay. Big fridge in kitchen and beer fridge outside. Conventional oven, microwave and toaster for your use. Other things to note The cottage is on a well water system. Conservation of water is very important.We do advise to bring your own drinking water and water to brush your teeth. We do follow “if it’s yellow let it mellow if it’s brown flush it down” because every time you flush a toilet that uses water. The water should only be used for flushing toilets, dish washing and hand washing. We do have a shower but showers need to be kept short with the amount of people you are bringing. We have a water meter on the wall with lights beside the thermostat (green=full/blue=half/ red=low) if it reaches the red you must stop using water and allow it to replenish. Sometimes can take 24 hours to refill. If water is being used while in the “red” it can run our water tank dry. We do charge a fine for running the tank dry of up to $800 as it will cost us to get fixed. Just wanted to explain this first because our cottage does look modern but is still in the country. We will send out more detailed instructions relating to this but wanted to be upfront about this.
