Plan your next vacation at this California desert getaway in PGA West! This spacious 2,100+ sq ft unit comfortably sleeps 8 guests and features hardwood and travertine flooring, a fully-equipped kitchen, a large living room with 65-in cable TV, and a bonus room with an extra sofa bed and entertainment area (including a 65-in smart TV). The spacious rooms, relaxing golf course view, and community pool (with a hot tub) make this the ideal Coachella Valley/Palm Springs area stay! The space The entire condo is on the 2nd floor (only the entrance is on the first floor). The bonus room acts as a 2nd living room, where you can have an additional space for activities or group fun. The kitchen is fully equipped with silverware, plates, bowls, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric stove, coffee maker, toaster, and Instant Pot. There is free parking for a maximum of 2 cars in the garage. (There is no other overnight parking. Street parking is only available during the day.) Guest access You will have use of the entire condo and the community swimming pools. Before arriving at the condo, you and your guests will need to check in through the Security Gate. If you will be arriving in separate cars, please give me the first and last names of each driver so that I can put them on the guest list for the length of your stay. The security guards will check the driver’s license or passport. They will not let anyone through if their names are not added to the guest list by the owner. Overnight parking is available for a maximum of 2 cars. Please note that the condo overlooks the golf course and we ask that proper respect is given to the golfers. The golf course is not available for guest use, unless you have a tee time set up separately with PGA West. Otherwise, please remain off the golf course. Other things to note One bath towel and one hand towel are available per person. We do not provide face towels or pool towels. According to Ordinance 572, this short-term vacation rental's permit number is 259352. The Transient Occupancy Tax is included in the reservation and will be remitted to the city of La Quinta.
