The space This is a fully remodeled 100-year-old house. Features include a shower/tub in the bathroom, a chic dining room, and a separate kitchen with a breakfast bar. Just so you know, this is a no smoking, no drugs, and family get-together only. No raging parties! There is central air and heating. Please be mindful of your energy usage. *Sleeping arrangements are counted based on 2 people (couple) in queen beds: Bedroom 1 sleeps 2 in a queen bed Bedroom 2 sleeps 2. One in day bed and one in bottom bed (pull out trundle). Bedroom 3 sleeps 2 in a queen bed. The couch pulls out with a Tempurpedic mattress that sleeps 2 Futon in the living room sleeps 1 (it folds down). It is a single sleeping space with sheets stored upstairs. = 9 people total *Table and chairs on the front lawn in summer, under a shade tree, to enjoy meals. Guest access The living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, and bathroom are all for your use. There is no access to the basement and some closets/rooms. Other things to note *Check-in is at 3:00 p.m., but if you need a different check-in time, please ask, and I'll see what we can do. *Parking is first come, first served (but usually plenty of room) in front of the house on the same side of the street. There are also two spaces in the back alley on the property. One trailer towing race cars fit on the street. *Check-out time is at 11:00 am. *Please let me know when you check out. My cleaning person comes in at 11:15.
