Large covered gathering area. Access to boat dock. Guest access Guests have access to house and immediate surroundings. Other things to note The house is in a rural setting. Access requires travel down dirt roads. You will likely want to get your groceries on the way. The nearest full service grocery store is approximately 30 minutes away (Clarksville, Dardanelle or Paris). There is access to certain smaller items in nearer small towns (Scranton and New Blaine) at The Dollar General.
