Feel free to reach out for any questions or assistance The neighborhood is really quiet and peace full. - Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed. - Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect. - Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house. - No parties allowed. - We don't allow visitors. - No pets. - No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a fee). - No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither). - Locals must contact us before booking. - We required to take out the shoes inside of the property specially at the second floor. - We have a ring doorbell at the front door for security reasons. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.
