Private entrance with full bathroom. Deck with patio area and grill. Also provided in the room is a microwave, mini-refrigerator, electric tea kettle, french press, and tea set up. Friendly, quiet neighborhood on bus route that is a few minute walk from home. Only 2.3 miles from the University of North Carolina. House is on one acre that backs on to bike, running and walking trails. Availability may change, contact me for new dates becoming open.
