Nestled in the quiet forest with views and private access to Christina Lake, IKES Retreat has something to offer everyone. A short, private, trail down the hill takes you across the road and into 150 feet of private lakeshore with a large dock. Launch your boat once at the start of the week and enjoy your days exploring the lake, waterskiing, and wakeboarding. Moor your boat to the private dock at the end of each day, and walk up to the house to enjoy an evening out on the deck and taking in the views. What's nearby: Christina Lake's public beach (Christina Lake Provincial Park) is a short drive away, with free public tennis and pickleball courts and a children's playground nearby. There are a few restaurants and a local supermarket within a five-minute drive, as well as The Christina Lake Golf Club and Cascade Par 3 golf course. There is also convenient access nearby onto The Trans Canada Trail, Dewdney Trail, and the Kettle Valley Railway Trail for hiking and biking. Grand Forks is about 15 minutes away with more cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. Things to know: Private dock on the lake. Please note that the walk to the lake is not accessible for people with limited mobility. It’s an uneven dirt pathway downhill through the forest. It’s not paved and it’s a 10-15 minute walk. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
