Our home is one of the largest condos on Daytona Beach with over 2200 square feet and generous space throughout. We constantly update and upgrade to reflect current trends. You will find the "colors of the beach in every room" with shades of blues, beige, sand, and gray. Located in a quiet residential area of Daytona Beach Shores a few miles south of the heart of the city on a stretch of traffic free beach perfect for walks, sunrise coffee, and moon-rise cocktails. DECMBER 2023 UPDATE: OUR NEWLY EXPANDED AND IMPROVED POOL AND SPA DECK WILL BE COMPLETED BY JANUARY 2024. Our building underwent a thorough engineering inspection and report by both an independent Engineering Firm as well as the Volusia County Building Inspector after the hurricanes and has been deemed safe and not at risk. You can expect comfortable beds, fresh linens, pillows, and plenty of seating and eating space designed for your pleasure. There are flat screen HD TV's in all bedrooms and living room. Wireless internet, cable TV, and phone service is included. All rooms are accessible to our guests with the exception of a small owner's closet. We make our home available to our guests most of the year. We do not stay during your visit and you have the whole place to yourself. You won't find the clutter of our personal belongings, just a fully equipped home designed around the vacation renter's needs. This prime Central Florida location is close to the NASCAR and BIKEWEEK activities of Daytona, New Smyrna Beach, a short ride to the theme parks in Orlando, sightseeing spots like St. Augustine, and The Kennedy Space Center. This is one of the boating and fishing capitals of the world where you have easy access to the ocean from the Intercoastal Waterway and Ponce Inlet. There are numerous waterfront bars and restaurants, walking paths, and nature centers for your enjoyment. Located south of the Dunlawton Bridge you have easy access to I95, I4, US1 and A1A. We suggest you bring a car or rent one to take advantage of the area's sights. We are consistently rated 5 stars and the nicest condo in our building. We pride ourselves in having repeat guests for over 10 years and we continually upgrade and replace items in the condo. Unlike other listings, our photos are never older than 3 months.
