Rental unit in North Little Rock

The private apartment is attached to our townhouse and has a separate entrance with street parking right in front. When you enter, you will go up a lucky 18 steps to the open living and kitchenette area. It has a queen sleeper sofa, dining table and TV. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the bathroom has a tub/shower combo and large walk-in closet. The space Located in historic Argenta, the downtown area of North Little Rock, we are within walking distance to craft breweries, Crush Wine Bar, concert venues, local theaters, great restaurants and Dickey Stephens Ball Park which is home to the Arkansas Travelers minor league baseball team. If you're not in the mood to walk, the trolley stop is only a block from our front door and will take you on a site seeing journey around downtown North Little Rock and over the Arkansas River into downtown Little Rock. The apartment has a stacked washer/dryer unit if needed. Other things to note We do not have a cleaning fee! No cleaning list at check-out! It's your time away from home and we want you to enjoy it and not worry about cleaning. That's our job!
