This cozy spot is nestled between Downtown Charleston, the Charleston Plantations, Tanger Outlets and the Charleston International Airport. The rooms have WIFI, TV, dresser, two night stands, ceiling fan, and access to the kitchen with coffee. The space The Master Bedroom includes two night stands, dresser, remote TV with digital cable and WIFI. The Master bedroom has a King size bed and private ensuite bath used by only you. Hot water is heated by natural gas for endless hot showers. WIFI is included. If you wish to stay more than 27 days, a formal lease and security deposit is required. One parking spot is reserved for your vehicle. All other extra vehicles must be parked off site as the other spaces are reserved. Absolutely no parties are possible, hey, I have to sleep! And my neighbors need their sleep too! Guest access Aside from the private keypad access bedroom and bathroom, the common areas of the kitchen, the dining room and the living room are available on a first come or shared basis. There is a full kitchen to include various to-go coffees available at any time. Although the common areas are for use 24 hours a day, no parties are possible. Please respect our guests by keeping those common areas quiet and the TV turned down from 11pm to 8am. We have a Washer and Dryer located off the kitchen. Laundry detergent is complimentary. During your stay I welcome all guests to interact and share their experiences, but please respect those needing their privacy. I am usually at work or the house, so contact is available 24 hours a day. Other things to note There are several restaurants, a Starbucks, two grocery stores, a shopping center and shopping Mall within walking distance of the house. Downtown Charleston is accessible by car or public bus. Please check public transportation schedules for pickup times. City access is by local streets or Interstate 26. Should your room or You need anything forgotten, I am available at any time day or night.
