The space This little gem is a cottagey cottage with wood panel walls, an open family space, and big windows to see the Lake. It oozes with cottage vibes of slower, simpler times. A private setting, with lovely backyard nestled with lush greenery and a big shady maple tree. Raised back deck for your sunset viewing pleasure. Quick access to the beach from stairs located beside the South hedge. Outdoor dining table and chairs for family meals on the deck. 3 bedrooms, big open living space and kitchen,updated bathroom, easy breezy decore, carpet free. Sandy feet welcomed. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the deck and backyard. No overnight tents are allowed. Maximum 5 guests per stay. Guests are not to go passed the hedge area at the back of the lot or in to the tall grass bordering the back of the lot. Access to the beach is via the stairs through the south hedge. Other things to note Parking is in front of the garage only. Single drive will fit 3 cars. The property is on a septic system which is located in the front yard and can be damaged of parking or driven on. The house plumbing is on septic, please do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper. We do not allow overnight tents or parties on this property.
