Finished Attic in South Central Durham, with private entrance and parking. Attic is on second floor of our 1920's house - located within 5-10 minutes to Downtown, Duke University, 15-20 minutes from UNC, RTP and RDU. This unique space features a private entrance and small kitchenette with one induction cooktop, microwave, toaster, instant pot, hot water kettle and coffee maker. This studio style space is great for short or long term stays with the option of sleeping up to 4 people. The space The space is big and roomy - approximately 1000 sq ft of floor space. It features its own living area with TV, king size bed, sleeper sofa, kitchenette, its own bathroom with stand up shower and Washer/dryer combination. Guest access We are located off a busy rd, with plenty of shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Parking is on premisses and you'll have your own dedicated parking space. Other things to note Washer/dryer combo units are different from the conventional washer dryer units, and require a lot more time to dry so I recommend planning ahead and letting the unit run it's cycle.
