Cozy Wooded Escape Outside of Ithaca, NY

A cozy escape at the base of the Finger Lakes. Enjoy a day dining in Ithaca or Watkins Glenn, walking through family owned shops on the Commons, exploring the state parks and waterfalls, relaxing at the wineries, or touring Cornell University/Ithaca College. Then, return back to our secluded apartment that sits at the front of 23 acres. End your day at the firepit for some s'mores in the backyard! As fall approaches it is the perfect time to enjoy the foliage, fare, and festivals downtown! The space Two rooms, spacious common area, open kitchen, garage, laundry, two full bathrooms, and outdoor area. The master room has an attached full bathroom and direct access to back patio. This is a two bedroom apartment; however, we have equipped it to sleep up to 8 people. I grew up doing “cabin-style” vacations with my family, so we can accommodate both small and larger parties. Guest access Garage, laundry, two bedrooms, kitchen, common area, two bathrooms, backyard space, and property land. Other things to note We are just now (August 2023) switching from long-term rental to air bnb, so there will continue to be minor changes in decoration and setup. Everything that is shown will 100% be there, there just may be some additions!
