Master Bedroom: King Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Living Room: Queen Sleeper Sofa INDOOR LIVING: French doors leading onto an outdoor balcony, modern interior decor, flat-screen TV w/ 100 movies available (no live TV), 2 accessible wood-burning fireplaces OUTDOOR LIVING: 35 acres of private land, furnished 2-story deck - length of the house with stunning mountain views, outdoor eating area, long private drive, walking trail that leads to the ridge (note the trail is not maintained) KITCHEN: Fully equipped, dishwasher, dining table, coffeemaker, basics (coffee, tea, spices, and oil) GENERAL: Air conditioning, central heat, linens/towels, washer/dryer, Bluetooth speakers, pressure-mounted child gates for stairs, free high-speed WiFi (fast enough for streaming and video conferencing) PARKING: Driveway (4 vehicles) Rules - No smoking - No pets allowed - Events, parties and large gatherings considered with prior homeowner approval. Please include any questions/requests in your booking inquiry - Must be at least 26 years old to book Guest access Guests can use the entire house (2,672 square feet), the balcony, both patios, and garden and may hike along the old logging trail up the mountain on the property. Other things to note Pleaset note the following before booking: - The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. - This house is in the country and is shared with creates of many types, including deer, snakes, turkeys, rabbits, birds, and insects. Though there are no mosquitoes, guests should be aware that at times of the year there will be ladybugs, bees, butterflies, stinkbugs, moths, and mud daubers (which look like wasps but are not aggressive) to name a few. - As of September 2023, the house has high-speed internet. - The property is out of cell phone service range, but does provide free WiFi for guests during their stay as well as a landline for emergencies. - The property is off of a dirt road and up an inclined gravel driveway. You do not need a 4 wheel drive vehicle unless you are visiting immediately after a snowstorm. If you do happen to be visiting immediately after a winter snowstorm, the driveway can become icey and the house may be best accessed using a 4 wheel drive vehicle. Please contact us prior to your visit if you are concerned about snow and ice.
