Though there are no mosquitoes, guests should be aware that at times of the year there will be ladybugs, bees, butterflies, stinkbugs, moths, and mud daubers (which look like wasps but are not aggressive) to name a few. - As of September 2023, the house has high-speed internet. - The property is out of cell phone service range, but does provide free WiFi for guests during their stay as well as a landline for emergencies. - The property is off of a dirt road and up an inclined gravel driveway. You do not need a 4 wheel drive vehicle unless you are visiting immediately after a snowstorm. If you do happen to be visiting immediately after a winter snowstorm, the driveway can become icey and the house may be best accessed using a 4 wheel drive vehicle.
