Henson Cove Secluded campsite #1

We have over 50 acres up in this Cove,some call it a Holler,with another 150 in our family. This property was owned by my great grandparents over 100 years ago. The Henson cabin on the property we hope,will soon be a museum, there’s also a large stocked pond for fishing. Many gorgeous views up on the ridge along with nice trails. There’s a lot of wildlife here in these mountains, Deer turkeys bobcats coyotes boar, and bear. We are the only ones living on this property so it’s quiet and private! The space Picnic table, fire ring, 120 vac gfi outlets, toilet and shower room provided. Wife and I camp here too, up on mountain so we’re here as needed. We still have a lot of work to do here, but we think there's plenty to enjoy thats already done. Not many primitive campsites offer as much as Henson Cove! Think about it, we're in the middle of almost 200 privately owned acres, lots of wildlife and woods surround us here, and a stocked pond. So your renting more than a campsite! There is a 12x12 tent pad and 9x12 lean to. NOTE during freezing weather this site will have no shower or flushing toilet, but does have a pit toilet (outhouse), Guest access There is a bar or two signal for Verizon phones, We have limited WiFi. Soon to have Hi Speed. We have have 3 other tent sites here that are on airbnb, campsite #0,#2 and campsite #3. Other things to note Fires need to be put out when unattended. During freezing weather site does not have shower available and no flushing toilet. There is a pit toilet ( outhouse)
