New renovation in 2016 Keyless access High ceiling Three Windows /Bright 10 min drive or 30 min direct bus ride to downtown Seattle/Pike Place Market More Details: New renovation of a COMPLETELY SEPARATE STRUCTURE in a charming craftsman in the heart of Greenlake/Wallingford. 5-10 minute walk to the lake and several parks and the zoo; 10 minute walk to Wallingford Center; 20 minute walk to UW. Direct buses/short bus ride (62/26/44) to downtown and UW. Kitchenette with fridge/microwave [NO STOVE/OVEN. However, single burner / small slow cooker can be provided upon request]. On-street parking (free/no permit needed) and there are plenty of spaces available. Coffee shop/Bakery/Might-O-Donuts/Restaurants around the corner.Super COMFORTABLE, Super CLEAN, Super QUIET. (Note: Portable AC will be provided for the TWO months of July/August ONLY. The thermometer on the wall is to control heating only.) NOTE: I only provide Amazon prime video for free. No Netflix or other subscription provided. This spacious PRIVATE GUEST HOUSE is a fantastic space for your Seattle stay. Comfortably fits two with a QUEEN size bed, kitchenette, bathroom, closet & living area. I live in the main house (completely separate from the guest house) – the entire guest house is yours during your stay. I am always available to assist/answer questions but I also respect your privacy. With keypad lock and easy self-check-in/check-out, you can enjoy maximum privacy. Guest access PROPERTY ACCESS Your guest suite includes your own kitchenette (with full size fridge/microwave/toast oven (NO stove)/coffee maker/kitchen supply etc.), bathroom, and living area. AMENITIES Amenity necessities, like fresh towels and linens, are furnished. Additionally, complimentary bottle water, coffee and tea provided. PARKING Free public street parking is available right in front of my house (opposite side) and rarely a problem. WiFI/Streaming: Fast wifi. Amazon prime provided for free. [You do not need a PIN to watch free content on Amazon Prime. All you need to do is open it up. It defaults to Amazon Prime. (No need to enter into the “Amazon prime” icon on the top bar shown on the TV.) Other things to note The unit does NOT have central Air Conditioning (AC); however, portable AC unit will be provided for the summer months (July and August). (I know it might be hard to believe but most houses in Seattle do not have air conditioning because it is generally not needed.) The unit does have ceiling fan (and additional fan available). The thermometer unit on the wall is for heating temp control only. NO STOVE/OVEN/DISHWASHER. (Please note that this property only has a kitchenette; NO full kitchen.) However, single burner / small slow cooker can be provided UPON REQUEST (please message me to request). CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT The standard check-in time is 4 pm (day of arrival). Guests must check-out by 11 am on departure day established in their reservation. However, message me if you need option to leave your luggage to be stored in a secure area to be picked up on the same day.
