Comfortable country house conveniently located less than a mile off of HWY 271 N for easy access to Paris, TX, Pat Mayse Lake, or The Choctaw Casino in Grant, OK. House has two bedrooms and 1 bath. We also have discounts for long-term stays. We have a spacious backyard with easy parking. Kitchen has full refrigerator and electric stove for preparing meals. If you have family or friends to visit, or maybe you need a comfortable place while here for an event in the area, or short or long-term work assignment, our house is the perfect place to unload your things and spread out, have your morning coffee, or make a meal. There is plenty of room to stretch your legs and sit outside in our designated backyard. Guest access There is a backyard that has a fenced boundary, but the fencing is not secure. The house and yard are completely yours for your stay. Other things to note House Rules No parties or events No unregistered guests Do all dishes before checking out No smoking inside the house Turn off lights and AC/Heating when away Roku TV access is based on internet. There will be internet for your streaming.
