Spend your visit feeling right at home in this two-floor duplex, complete with a giant living room with exposed brick wall, full bath, and kitchen on the top floor. The true asset of the apartment lies in its lower level which features a massive thirteen by twenty foot private studio space. Guest access Guests will have the entire bottom floor to themselves. This space contains a private half bathroom (guests may shower in upstairs bathroom), a large walk-in closet, and private access from the main building door. Also included is a queen-sized pillow top mattress and frame, your own oversized love-seat leather couch, small bookshelf and nightstand, and plenty of space for your traveling belongings. The apartment features hardwood floors and high ceilings throughout. Living room access includes giant flat-screen TV fully stocked with Netflix, AppleTV, and HBOGo. The kitchen includes a large dishwasher, stove, and microwave, should guests decide to enjoy a home cooked meal or grab a quick bite to eat before strolling Central Park or catching a show on Broadway. During your stay My bedroom is located on the top floor, and our interaction can be as little or as much as you prefer. I am happy to help you settle in and feel as comfortable as possible, and am more than happy to assist you in locating the places you intend to visit during your stay. Feel free to ask questions about the city, travel/transportation questions, restaurant recommendations, etc. I also happen to be an expert on all things Broadway--so feel free to ask me what I'd recommend if you plan on seeing any shows while you are here. Other things to note I am a dog enthusiast, and welcome any four-legged canine companion to join you in your stay. I also dogsit now and then so there may be dogs in the apartment occasionally (all very sweet and friendly!), though they never go downstairs into the guest room at all and I mostly keep them in my room. Due to allergies, I am unable to accommodate cats.
