The space * Your room is private featuring its own private bathroom and walk-in closet, has a king bed with memory foam mattress, comfortable sheets and pillows, cozy Luxe-Loft soft blanket, USB lamps, ceiling fan light, portable AC unit, Wi-Fi, and ROKU-TV. We host another room similar to yours located in the other side of the building which may be occupied at the time of your visit by no more than 2 guests. This means that when our office is closed you may have to share common areas with 2 more guests. * Our space in general including your room & private bathroom are not equipped for a handicap individual: no handicap assessable showers, no shower grab bars, no slip resistance floors, no wheelchair ramps, no wall stability handrails, no wider doors. If you have trouble moving around due to lack of balance or muscle weakness, you need a wheelchair, walker or cane, you struggle going up or down a step, or you need assistance going to the restroom; our accommodations are not ideal for you. * We are open for services Tuesday through Saturday 10 am - 6 pm. Summertime business hours may vary. Because of our schedule functionality, during business hours our place is usually not crowded. Occasionally we may have an indoor or outdoor small group wellness event. As our guest, if you happen to be here the day we are hosting an event, you are welcome to make a reservation to participate. * In general, our wellness home & retreat center is a quiet and peaceful place. * We clean and sanitize all areas throughout the day especially common areas in an effort to keep it free of viruses and bacteria. In addition to our cleaning practices, we use air Ionizers and UV lights. In consideration to our staff and customers please keep these, and any other areas clean after you use them. *** NO SMOKING ALLOWED ANYWHERE IN OR OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY *** * Wood-like laminated floors throughout. Alkaline water available FREE from our water dispenser. Quiet backyard. * Common areas are spacious and comfortable, refrigerator and microwave in our kitchen are shared. We ask our guests to eat/ drink in the designated areas only. Only water allowed in your room. * Our facility has security cameras that record when motion is detected. * We offer massage, acupuncture, facials, and fitness, all by appointment. Although not required, booking spa services 5-7 days before arrival is recommended. Guest access Guests can access: * Small workspace area, lobby, shared refrigerator and shared microwave in our kitchen, back yard, free car parking. * Guests are allowed to use designated space in the refrigerator, designated kitchen cabinet, glasses, dishes, silverware and the microwave. * Boat parking is also available for a low fee. During your stay Just a text away! Need local info, a great place to eat or a fun place to stroll local shops? Just ask. We are happy to help in any way possible. We are very excited about our guests! We will try to greet you on the day of your arrival, give you a quick tour of the space, amenities, common areas, and safety features, respond to your questions, guide you about area attractions, restaurants, if desired. If we can't greet you on the day of your arrival, we will give you the front door code to get in. We want to make sure you are comfortable and happy during your stay, please don't hesitate to contact us with questions/ concerns. Communication is key! We love Florida and everything about Nokomis. We know our way around the area very well. We will guide you so you can get the most out of your trip and make your stay memorable. We speak English, Spanish, Portuguese. Other things to note * Room heater available if needed, small work space available in lounging area. * We offer beach items for rent such as beach chairs, umbrella, and beach cooler.
