The space The room is private. But the apartment including bathroom is shared with another room. Window AC available upon request. A maximum of four people will stay at the apartment. Two per room max. However, only two guests stay at each apartment 98% of the time. Everything is brand new and it’s cleaned constantly. Our house rules include that guests maintain the premises clean and noise level low after 10pm so everybody can have a pleasant stay. For your comfort we offer complementary use of hair drier, iron, ironing board, basic cooking and eating utensils, Netflix, books to read on premises. Etc. Feel free to use all the apartment and building common areas. A garage parking spot could be rented to longer stay guests upon request and depending availability at the moment.
