Cozy beach condo, steps from the beautiful white sand garden city beach. Vaulted ceilings and a spacious loft give you plenty of room to spread out and relax. Living area is open and leads out to the balcony where you can enjoy an ocean view. The property includes a shared pool and is directly across from the public beach access. The space The living area includes a loft, vaulted ceilings, a sky light, and a balcony that give you an abundance of natural light. The kitchen is fully functional with the exception of a dishwasher at this time. Guest access This is a 3rd floor unit (4 flights of stairs) and there is no elevator in the condo. There is no golf cart parking allowed. Other things to note Some people live in this complex full time and this is where they call home. Please be respectful and considerate to others at all times.
