Watersong is a secure, gated community situated in a conservation area. It is just 20 minutes from Disney, 40 minutes from Universal Studios, 45 minutes from Orlando International Airport and just minutes from several championships golf courses. You are free to enjoy use of the large clubhouse with zero entry pool, children's play area, volley ball court and putting green. The villa itself offers a large pool (9.2m by 3.7m) with extended deck and Jacuzzi all overlooking the conservation area. The space New pool furniture, mattresses and TV lounge furniture in April 2021! The villa offers spacious, open plan living with two lounge areas and open plan kitchen with all the equipment you could need. Upstairs there are 2 large master suites (bed sizes 76" by 79" and 60" by 79") with en-suite bathrooms and a further 2 rooms both with a bunk bed and a single bed (bed sizes 38" by 75") which share a family bathroom. Guest access There is a large games room with pool table, air hockey machine and table football. You are free to use the washing machine and tumble drier. Other things to note Pool heating is advised for bookings October through to March. This is an additional cost of $30 (£25) per night. Please request at time of booking. Pool heat runs from 8am to 8pm and jacuzzi is on demand 24 hours a day. Pool temperature is around 87 degrees and hot tub temperature around 102 degrees. Normal check in is 4pm. Early check in can be requested but is subject to change if another guest books the day before as cleaning time will be required. Air con is set at 72 degrees with ceiling fans in addition. There is parking for 2 vehicles on the house driveway.
