Very short walk to Space Needle, Chihuly Glass Museum, EMP Museum, Pike Place, Amazon, South Lake Union and many more sites. Great restaurants and bars close by! Double bed, high speed wifi. NO oven/stove/dishwasher. Portable stovetop provided. NO AC (There are fans. Portable AC is provided for July/Aug). The space Completely Renovated in March 2024!!! New flooring, New cabinets, New appliances, New bathroom, New interior paint, New furniture & furnishings! Location, Location, Location !!! • It's Walker’s Paradise with a Walking Score 97 and Transit Score 91! TWO BLOCKS to Space Needle, Seattle Center, Pacific Science Center, the Key Arena • Within 10 minutes walking to Westlake Center / Downtown, Olympic Sculpture Park • Within 20 minutes walking to Pike Place Market, Piers 66-70, Seattle Aquarium The cozy open 1-bedroom has: • Full-size bed • Samsung LED HDTV • Full bathroom (NOT shared. No idea why Airbnb is showing it is shared) • Kitchenette (Note: there is NO stove or oven or dishwasher.) • Sofa (can be converted into a double size bed; NOTE: the size of the sofa when laid flat is 66 inch (L) x 49 inch (W) x 15 inch (H). Therefore it is shorter and smaller than normal double size bed. More suitable for one person or one/two kids. I do provide memory foam topper, if needed. Some people might find the sofa UNCOMFORTABLE to sleep on. • Semi-Private Patio including outdoor chairs. [Please Note: the patio is SHARED with another unit. In addition, in the summer time, because of portal AC installation, the SEMI-private patio is not accessible.] • Washer/Dryer in unit • Free high-speed Internet/WiFi • Complimentary Amazon prime video streaming and RoKu 3 streaming player (Sorry No cable) [NOTE: I only provide Amazon prime video for free. No Netflix or other subscription provided, but you can use your own.] • Essentials including linens, towels, shampoo/soap/lotion, etc • There is NO AC for this condo unit (it has one ceiling fan and I provide circulation fan as well). I do provide a portable AC for the month of July/August, but it might not be very cool. - If you are coming during the summer months (usually July and August only) and this bothers you, please do NOT book. The thermometer on the wall is to control heating only. (FYI, most houses and condos in Seattle area do not have AC because generally it is not needed. However, there might be a few days/weeks during July/August that having AC might be more comfortable.) Building Features: •Roof top with views of Puget Sound and Space Needle •Workout Facility •Secure building with VIRTUAL key access (due to building system upgrade, no need to use any fobs to access the room; just use VIRTUAL key to enter the building). Parking: You do not need a car in this location. Parking is not terribly difficult but it's going to cost you. Parking is free and easy to find at night. Street parking is in effect Monday through Saturday and is generally limited to 2 hours, 4 hours or 10 hours (dall day). Parking is free on Sundays and Holidays. Rates range from $1 to $2 per hour. You can also prepay after 8 pm for the first 4 hours the following morning. There is a paid lot across the street from the condo and many garages within walking distance to the condo building. Prices vary. Most people walk, bike and use public transportation in this neighborhood. Sorry, No pets (except service animals) No smoking of anything. Guest access Entire condo and condo building's facilities (fitness room/roof top). AMENITIES Amenity necessities, like fresh towels and linens, are furnished. Additionally, complimentary bottle water, coffee and tea provided. The condo building has fitness room and roof top deck. PARKING There is NO garage parking that comes with this condo. In this location, you honestly don’t need a car! If you do have a car, there is paid street parking or garage parking nearby, but it can be costly - see information above. (If you have a car and just need a place to park your car during your stay, please message me as I MIGHT be able to provide a solution - I have a garage parking spot that's 1 mile away - about 5-7 min by driving; however, it might not be available for the dates you are staying, so if parking is important to you, please message me prior to booking! Thank you!) Other things to note CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT The standard check-in time is 4 pm (day of arrival). Guests must check-out by 11 am on departure day established in their reservation. However, if you need flexibility around the specified check-in or check-out times, let me know in advance, and I will do my best to accommodate your request. NOISE: The condo itself is not facing any street so relatively quite. However, the walls of the condo building can be thin and the noise from the nearby units can potentially pass through. As much as I hope it won’t be an issue during your stay, I do want to highlight this as such potentially behavior by the neighbors. If you are a light sleeper, you might want to consider this before booking. Registration Details STR-OPLI-19-001626
