Backyard with flowers and fruit trees. Bamboo fencing. Deck. Lounge chairs. You can stroll to The Grove or the Walk of Fame.....walk Runyon Cyn to Mulholland or walk Sunset Blvd.and see other sites or restaurants or markets 15-20 minutes on foot. Check what's open. Ralph's market walking distance open 5 am-1 am plus everything can be delivered by Instacart or other app. Walk 5 minutes to lighted tennis courts at Plummer Park , play basketball at Plummer Park...2 parks walking distance. Farmers Market at Plummer Park parking lot Mondays 9am-2pm Check out the The Grove, Farmers Market, Beverly Center, Beverly Connection or Beverly HIlls, all within a 10-15 drive . Many places to walk and many restaurants and shops. The beach is around a 35 minute drive with no traffic. Or take the scenic route straight up (west) Sunset Blvd Sunset takes u straight to the ocean and through Beverly Hills, Bel Air to UCLA to Brentwood, Pacific Palisades and then Will Rogers State Park and the Ocean. The City of West Hollywood is a wonderful city very centrally located. It is upscale. Just to the immediate north are the famous Hollywood Hills, where many film and television shows have been filmed...The Directors Guild is walking distance and the historic areas of Spaulding Square and Sunset Park, with beautiful Craftsman houses are steps away. I live a few blocks away. . The weather and attitude here are wonderful and what's makes California legendary. The attitude here is very free and laid back, and welcoming, especially in this part of the city, which draws the most diverse and creative and international population. In and Out Burger (simply the best burgers and cheap) on Sunset and Orange... Aroma on Sunset, Bosa Nova on Sunset, and El Compadre on Sunset near Gardner and many others are just a few restaurants nearby. All within walking distance. Everyone delivers here too. Look at GrubHub, DoorDash, UberEats, Instacart .Postmates. At least 5 markets nearby which have everything you can imagine from take out to organic to grass fed beef, wild fish and exotic fruits. Also Trader Joe's nearby and target too. Also gyms that will offer monthly rates without a membership. And yoga, dancing etc. Guest access Nothing is shared inside the unit but there is a backyard that is a common area. And there is a redwood deck in the backyard. And the laundry machines (washer and dryer) are in the back of the building and coin operated. Apply social distancing. However, parking is tandem with the unit above you. It is one long space that fits two cars. It is shared in the sense that if one car is blocking the other, the blocking car must move to allow the other car to exit. This hasn't been much of a problem as most people are out most of the time. There is also free street parking. Other things to note I treat people like I would want to be treated. It's so important when first visiting a city to have a good interaction with the people there. And I would say, in general, that LA is a very friendly city. Maybe it's our usual sunny skies, especially in this area. The beach can be 10 % cooler and overcast. I can recommend particularly good beaches and also places where you can kayak or paddle board, once you are a guest. I have an excellent history of taking care of problems in a speedy manner! See my reviews. Although we have a coin operated washer and dryer machine in the rear of the building , there is also a laundry service nearby that will do it for you and deliver. Public transportation nearby including a subway at Hollywood Highland.
