Guesthouse in Prescott

This is a separate & private suite, with free parking & a private entrance. Walking distance to Courthouse/Whiskey Row, about 1.25 miles & Prescott Resort 1 miles. 4.1 miles to Watson lake. Equipped with a full size refrigerator, induction cooktops, oven/air frier, dishwasher, microwave, dinnerware, drinkware & utensils. Also provided are kitchen, and bed & bath linens. Additional pillows, blankets, towels, pack-n-play, iron, picnic basket & more available on request The space Guests and their fur babies have access to separate and private 250 sf suite. Also have access to the backyard/courtyard until 10 p.m. Smaller dogs could possibly get under the fence. This is a shared area with Joe and I, but we respect the privacy of our guests. Guest access At this time we cannot accommodate early checkins or late checkouts. Guest have access to the patio, the hot tub and the BBQ grill until quiet hours begin. Quiet hour are from 10 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. This is a quiet neighborhood so please be respectful of our neighbors.ll Other things to note We have a TV that you can use your streaming service. We have installed a water pause shower head to help conserve. We set it to pause, but all that is needed to make the shower work is to rotate the sprayer head till you find the setting that is right for you then pause it again. There is not a door on the bathroom but privacy is provided by a curtain, and the entrance is approximately 75 feet walking distance from your car. To work the burners turn on the power, set the temperature and place the pot or pan on surface. It will not heat up until you put the pan on the surface and will only work with induction ready pans.
