The space The house was totally renovated recently. You have individual temperature controls for every bedroom! The first bedroom is a super quiet room with amazingly comfortable king bed. This part of the house is partially underground, so the temperature is always comfortable and the window is relatively smaller with a dark curtain so you have total control over the level of the light coming in and your ability to hear any outdoor sounds is significantly reduced. It's the best room in the house! The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed. Sunny room with a large window (with blackout curtains for your extra comfort). The window looks out onto red roses and other beautiful flowers. Both bedrooms includes your own closets with plenty of hanging space (with hangers) and shelves. Iron and a hair dryer available. Additional area of the living room has a folded bed. Clean sheets and towels are included. A full kitchen for light cooking only. Central heating and air conditioning. A large Sony Smart TV with Roku, Hulu and a blueray player for your pleasure. Only one step into the house. Very secluded and relaxing, yet only 45 min to the heart of Manhattan! Lots of privacy. Shopping, restaurants, bar, CVS, and a famous gourmet market within a few minutes walking from the house. A beautiful backyard that you will be sharing with the other unit. Please note that no smoking of any kind or vaporing is allowed in the house or the backyard. There is a designated smoking area in the front of the house. Between bookings, this apartment is used as a healing center by a gifted, intuitive healer. Many guests report receiving benefits of calmness and tranquility of this magical space. Guest access You are getting the full apartment with it's own separate front entrance and a door to the backyard. In the back, is a large yard with a large dining table, a hammock, and several recliners which facilitate even more peace and tranquility. The back of the property is wooded. Other things to note Pets are allowed, please check with me about the cleaning charge. Familles with children are welcome, but please note that you are responsible for your child's safety and well-being and please bring with you all that your little darlings may need, like a crib or a high chair and whatever else they may need. Please note that the living room windows have cordes blinds and some electric cords and trinkets are low to the ground, and you will need to watch your little ones around them. Please note: For stays longer then 2 weeks, we add complete weekly cleanings (your fee is only $80, I cover the rest).
