This an amazing shared backyard and gourmet kitchen. Best described as beautiful, very clean with lots of Charm, Art & Books! By Manhattan standards, this is considered a Spacious Alcove Studio. Plenty of space and seating to relax with a very cozy Single Size Daybed for ONE... With original hardwood floors, decorative fireplace and Beautiful Bathroom!! Tastefully decorated with interesting Art and Accents. To sum it up.. Sophisticated yet brimming with character and personality! Think "Autumn in New York" with a palette of bold neutral grays, and delicious orange, cherry red, caramel & cinnamon accents! You will enjoy your own Private Studio, bath, and entrance. Quiet and peaceful yet visually stimulating. Richly layered with textures of leather, velvet, wool rugs, silk, cotton & linen furnishings. Extremely neat and clean, so it's important that my guest are on the same page. Hoping you will enjoy and respect my home as I do. Just two blocks away one called The Edge located on the corner on Edgecombe and West 139th Guest access This is a totally private studio apartment with private entrance and bathroom. You enter from a (postcard pretty tree-lined street) to a private outdoor space which leads to a gated entrance before you enter the apartment door. Please always close the Gate and door completely. Other things to note No need to endure walking up 2-5 flights of stairs, sharing bathrooms, or settling for so so neighborhoods on the fringe to save money... This studio is very well priced for Female guest only. For the price of a shared situation, you can have total privacy. Please review the Amenity, Description and House Rules Sections.
