This newly remodeled, clean and cozy retreat is located on 9 acres that feels like you are at a getaway in northern MN yet close to downtown Stillwater and the Twin Cities. Guests are welcome to use the available outdoor amenities such as walking trails, bikes to access the Gateway and Browns Creek Bike trails, canoes, kayaks, outdoor fire pits, winter fun such as skating and snowshoeing and backyard space for outdoors games. The first floor of the home features farmhouse tables in the entryway for family meals, meeting space, crafting, game nights and more. The living room has 2 couches, chair, gas fireplace and tv. There is a eat in space adjacent to the kitchen with a bar height farm house table. The kitchen has all new appliances, dishwater, oven, full refrigerator, cooking accessories, coffee pot, microwave and pantry. Coffee and tea is available for guests. Two bedrooms are located on the main level. Bedroom one features a queen bed, dresser and closet. Bedroom two features a twin bed with trundle, twin bunkbed and two closets. A full bathroom is available on the main floor. There is a deck off of the entry room with outdoor seating. The lower level has a large space accessible for games, crafting or meeting space with a bar sink. There is a private common space featuring a double bed, dresser and couch. A 3/4 bath is featured on the lower level. A walkout to the backyard is available from this level. Guests will have access to all of the indoor space except for the utility room which will be locked. We are available throughout your stay if needed. Otherwise guests have complete privacy and use of the space. Parking is available on site for multiple vehicles. We are 2 miles from access to the Gateway Bike Trail that leads to the Browns Creek Trail. These bike trails provide access to both Stillwater and St. Paul. Both Uber and Lyft provide pick ups at our property.
