A house boat equipped with all your simple needs. A quiet place to rest and watch the sunrise/sunsets while hearing the sounds of nature outside your window. Easy access to JFK airport via the A train stop down the street. Within a three block walk is beach Beach 59th street for surfing/swimming. Also, within a half mile is Locals Surf School to take your first lesson. Rent Upon request: I have a single ocean kayak to explore Jamaica bay, 2 yoga mats, and a 8’ foam top surfboard . The space The boat provides ample opportunity to stray away from city life. It is a very peaceful and serene space, perfect for a romantic getaway or solo dawn patrol surf session. Other things to note Please keep in mind that living in a boat is very different than a house with running water. Dishes must be done on the dock with the hose using eco friendly soap products. It’s definitely a different lifestyle Please note our communal bathrooms and showers are located down the dock about a two minute walk. Provided with your stay will be soap and clean towels but try to bring shower flops.
