Private room in a quiet house located at the end of a culdesac and less than 3 miles from the beach. Relax in the backyard in the hammock chair under the trees or on the the tiki-bar patio. If you like to cook you can use the well equipped kitchen or enjoy the outdoor barbecue. Catch the beachy vibe. Boogie boards, beach chairs, and a surf board are available by request. Parking is available on the street, and a bus stop is located 4 blocks away. We have 2 friendly outdoor cats. The space Private room in a quiet house located at the end of a culdesac. The backyard is large with a hammock chair under the trees and other areas for relaxing. The tiki-bar patio has several tables (both covered and uncovered) for those who enjoy eating outdoors. There is also a barbecue and a fire pit in the back of the yard. There is space in the back for guests to keep a surfboard and/or bicycle.The nearest bus stop is 4 blocks away from the house. Parking is available on the street; please do not block mailboxes when parking. Bathroom is shared with other guests. Guests have use of kitchen, large backyard, & patio. Plenty of street parking. 2 cats live in outside. No other animals can be accommodated No smoking or vaping allowed on the property. Not 420 friendly. Guest access Guests have access to a shared bathroom, kitchen, barbecue, and a large backyard. Parking is available on the street. The nearest bus stop is about 4 blocks away. Walking distance to Trader Joes, Sprouts, Albertsons, Rite Aid, CVS, Walgreens, banks, and several restaurants and fast food options. Guests have access to the washer and dryer by request. Beach equipment available by request. Internet connection is available. You will receive an access code for the front door that will be valid for the duration of your stay. The bedroom is comfortable and private. You will have a mini fridge for your personal use. The bathroom is shared with other guests. The kitchen is well equipped and available for use. A wide selection of spices are available for cooking. Coffee makers and an electric kettle are available. There is a large patio with several tables and covered spaces. The backyard has areas for relaxing and space for storing a bike or surfboard. During your stay I am available for advice on the area. Other things to note This is a non smoking house. Not 420 friendly. No vaping. No parties allowed. No additional guests are allowed without prior permission. When parking please do not block mailboxes (We must maintain a 15 foot distance from all mailboxes or mail will not be delivered). Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. CLEANING EXPECTATIONS: When using the kitchen and bathroom please clean up after yourself each time: - Clean and put away all kitchen equipment used. - Wipe down kitchen counter, microwave, and stovetop after use. -Wipe water from bathroom counter and splatters from bathroom mirror. - Remove hair from bathtub/shower after use. We have a cleaning lady who comes 2-3 times a month for deep cleaning and to wash sheets and towels, but the expectation is that we will all clean up after ourselves daily. Please do not leave any dishes in the sink, on the tables or counter, or on the stovetops. Please do not leave crumbs or spills anywhere in the kitchen.
