Safe, clean, sunny home with spectacular sunrises and views of the Verde Valley. Centrally located, easy to find, and convenient to restaurants, shopping, parks and so much more; your hub for exploring Sedona, Jerome, Flagstaff, Grand Canyon. A split floor plan provides privacy between the BR suite and other spacious bedrooms (2 queen; 2 XL twin). Kitchen is well equipped for home-cooked meals. Rear patio with BBQ and outdoor dining and front patio to take in the amazing sunrises. No stairs. The space Living Space: The living room has a comfortable couch and loveseat, each with two recliners to relax after fun-filled days. Choose the slipper chair for the best view toward Sedona. Three skylights keep the room bright, and a ceiling fan adds comfort to this room. Above-cabinet lighting provides a soft glow at night when other lighting options are more than you'd like for watching TV or enjoying downtime. We have the best Wi-Fi package available, especially for those working remotely. Dining Room: With an open floor plan, the dining room is open yet set apart from the living room. The dining room table comfortably seats six. Kitchen: The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, gas range, and microwave. Small appliances include a Keurig coffee maker for individual K-cups or a whole pot to get you started each morning. The additional French press coffee maker, electric teapot, toaster, and blender provide several options for breakfast, and you’ll find a complete set of cookware, dishes, and utensils to make eat-in meals. A selection of spices is included. The breakfast nook with a southwestern table and chairs is a great place to plan your day of activities while enjoying your morning brew. The Master Suite has a queen bed, walk-in closet, corner computer desk (computer not included), media chest with drawers to stash your things, a bookcase, and a recliner to stretch out and watch a show after a day of activities. The ceiling fan provides a nice cooling breeze. This bedroom has a private exterior door to the back patio so you can sneak out after dark and star gaze at the amazingly dark sky without disturbing others. The master bath has a walk-in shower, spa seat, granite countertop, skylight, and storage closet. Both bathrooms include a hairdryer and starter amenities, including body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The Blue Bedroom has a queen bed, a closet that is the room's length with cubbies and baskets to organize your things, and plenty of shelves and rod space for longer stays. This bedroom also has a writing desk for your convenience. Turn on the ceiling fan to dial in your comfort. Kick back in the recliner and watch the birds outside or take in a show on the multi-position mounted TV. Room darkening curtains may help you sleep past sunrise and keep the room cooler. The Southwest Room has two extra-long twin beds, a lingerie chest, a comfortable chair with an end table and lamp for curling up with a good book, a closet with cubbies and shelves, and 10 feet of rod space for hanging your things. It also has a ceiling fan. The covered back patio has a table and outdoor seating for six, so you can enjoy meals prepared on the gas grill or have breakfast outdoors. The home sits up on a mesa, and the front patio is where you'll catch the fantastic sunrises. You will have access to the garage with a remote control. Guest access You'll have access to the entire home except for the hall closet. Other things to note NO PETS. NO SMOKING and NO VAPING in the house. LATE DEPARTURES beyond 10:15 am will be assessed a $100 fee unless prior approval has been requested and granted. Please do not climb on the rocks around the property. They are a hazard, and they may shift. We will not be held responsible for any injury that occurs. All essential services must remain connected, including Wi-Fi and heating/cooling systems.
