This private, tranquil guest suite is situated in an unbeatable, central location! — It’s perfect for beachgoers & surfers, racin’ fanatics and shopaholics visiting International Speedway, New Smyrna Beach lovers and for those simply just checking out a new vacation spot! This beautiful guest suite includes a large bath with a full-size jetted tub, a King Bed with 55-inch flatscreen TV, a cute & comfortable breakfast nook, and a private entry to the suite that gives you complete privacy! When you book, you’re provided with a large guest suite that is located on the far-right side of the duplex home. The duplex home consists of a guest suite on the right side and an apartment on the left side. The guest suite has a completely separate entry and living space than the apartment. The guest suite is only accessible by you for the length of your reservation. In the guest suite, you are provided with a private entry, a living area, a kitchenette area, a full-size bathroom, a private fenced in outdoor area and a designated parking spot for you to park one vehicle. -Your LIVING AREA includes a King bed, a 55-inch TV, an L-shaped sofa, a TV stand with storage and two-night side tables. The King bed has a memory foam topper for excellent comfort - the bed comes with fresh linens, a fresh duvet and four King-sized pillows. The 55-inch TV is a VIZIO smart TV with access to our Netflix account under the “Airbnb” option, along with many other applications such as Hulu, YouTube, Amazon Prime, etc. that you may sign into on your account. The flatscreen TV swivels - watch from bed or from the comfort of the L-shaped sofa! The TV stand has storage underneath to unpack your suitcases and make yourself at home! A ceiling fan is also located in the living area and kitchenette area to ensure the temperature is comfortable during your stay. We also provide you with a sound machine to simply enjoy some white noise for a relaxing sleep! -Your KITCHENETTE AREA includes a fridge and freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a Keurig Coffee maker, and an eating nook. The fridge provided is a medium-sized fridge & freezer and has a great amount of storage! A Brita is provided for filtered drinking water. The coffee station includes a Keurig Coffee maker with k-cups, tea, powdered creamer (coffee-mate brand), sugar and sweet n’low. Plates, bowls, drinking glasses, coffee mugs, wine glasses, salt & pepper, napkins, forks, spoons, knives and a wine opener is provided. We have granola bars for the morning and a bag of popcorn for an evening snack! -Your MASTER BATHROOM includes a jetted soaking tub, a stand-up shower, sink, toilet, large mirror and an open closet with shelving. The full-size tub has a jet feature just like a Jacuzzi! *Please read the operational instructions on the tub and the house manual that is provided in the suite before use of the tub*. Any questions - please ask before use and once you are all set with the instructions, Enjoy!!! Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap are provided. A shower towel, face cloth, hand towel, and beach towel are provided for each guest and can be found in the bathroom closet. A hair dryer can be found under the bathroom sink. The closet has an area to hang clothes and shelves for toiletries. You will also find an iron and an ironing board as well! -Your DESIGNATED PARKING spot will also be on the right side of the driveway. We ask that you please bring 1 vehicle only and follow the photo instructions that will be sent to you prior to your arrival. -Your PRIVATE OUTDOOR AREA is along the right side of the home in front of your private entry to the suite. The outdoor area is completely secluded by a private fence along our property line. We provide you with two outdoor chairs to enjoy the weather on a nice day! We do just ask that you please be extra careful when stepping into the private entry or walking on the concrete as there is a step up and there is uneven concrete. Guest access -Private attached guest suite -Designated parking spot for 1 vehicle -Private fenced in outdoor area on right side of the property Other things to note -Please note that the AC thermostat is on a set schedule ranging from 69-72. Your hosts can adjust the temperature via their phones. The guest suite also has two ceiling fans - one is in the living area and the other in the kitchenette area. We also provide you with a stand-up AC fan. Please adjust all those fans to your liking. If the temperature is still not comfortable for you after you have made those adjustments, we would be more than happy to adjust the thermostat for you within reason! Please don't hesitate to contact us via Airbnb messenger, text or calling. -Only 2 guests maximum. Please no daytime guests/friends either. The space is equipped for 2 guests only throughout your entire stay. -There is absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind on the property. If there is smoke residue or if it is clear that smoking occurred, an extra cleaning fee will be sent. Please treat our property with respect. -In the event of a storm/hurricane-- We understand that some guests would still like to stay regardless of the weather. We are still happy to host you! However, we want you to be mindful that we do not have a house generator so if so some reason the city power went out, there will be no electricity until the city was able to get the electricity back on. *Friendly reminder: Please understand that the safety of yourself and the person that you are traveling with is in your hands.
