Kitchenette is well equipped w/coffee makers, cooking utensils, dishes, microwave, 2 burner cook top also full size frig. There is a mini-split heat/AC, also ceiling fan. Inside dining area will seat 4. Desk area, Wi-Fi, Roku, TV, large DVD library, games, great library. Bose radio. Bathroom has nice size shower. Guest access You have your own private entrance, patio area w/table/chairs/umbrella also an outdoor bistro set. Off street parking. Other things to note Please no smoking inside or on the property.
