We offer free off street parking in a safe neighborhood. The neighborhood has sidewalks, walking paths, basketball and tennis courts, soccer field, and playgrounds, all free for you to enjoy and unwind in after a busy day in the parks. The villa backs up to a conservation area with trees and turtles, adding to the tranquility of the space. Other things to note This neighborhood is perfect for coming home to after a long day at the park. There is no long line of cars waiting to get cleared to get through a gate. Our neighborhood is safe and secure and monitored by camera via a single entry street. Want to play golf? We are close to several top courses in Florida!
