HEATER etc as if they are left on the switch will turn off everything inside the STUDIO! Windows should be open in the day to air it out, basket is for you and refreshments inside of the refrigerator is for purchase. thank YOU The space The place is WARM and INVITING with a great &PEACEFUL decor, 18X12 just beautiful with landscape in a safe neighborhood close to the Beach as well to South Coast Plaza&Fashion Island & amazing restaurants, Coffee shops boutiques,Bistros,Markets, spas,entertainment day & night Disneyland & Anaheim Convention Center,The perform Arts, Fairgrounds near FWYs, HWY & AirPort.Parking,Wi-Fi & bicycles,We have 2/5years old Bulldogs, they stay in & out of the yard all day very friendly! The house is extremely clean, I’m a germ-phobic & like the house clean and smelling amazing.Please no shoes inside of the studio; It is no cooking appliances only a little small toaster oven or I can switch to a microwave or put both you can prepare food,That is good for youuuu, Great restaurants are around... The studio has three windows and a double door that you can’t leave it open and there’s a lot of fresh air in the night and it Cools-down;Please make sure you ask all questions prior to booking so you don’t have any surprises; we have 2very cute Bulldogs, docile that sometimes are at the backyard & inside my house. Smoking is prohibited of any kind 🚭🚫 do not leave any gadget, air conditioner, heater, cutter, or any other items ON, windows are supposed to be open through the day to air it out the place. Guest access Is a space for you my dear amazing guest to relax we have than of plants around; I can leave the key inside of the Studio so you can have a self check in or I can welcome you and show you around; it is your choice. We have two English bulldogs Kiki & Cosmos very docile My dear Guest we are very happy you chosen Us! Other things to note This amazing space is located on the backyard of my house, you will have an exclusive entrance, We do have two English bulldogs they will be in and out of our house sharing the backyard and we would love your opinion to know how we can improve your Airbnb stay I hope you enjoy it. Please leave everything off when exit each time from the studio as the switch will turn off the entire studio if you are not inside☺️
