Built in the 1880s, Three Porches was at one time a lodging for summer visitors called "Millinocket Lodge". It became our owner's family summer home in the early 1950s and they are excited to continue sharing the place with visitors again! The space Located in East Boothbay on breathtaking Ocean Point sits this traditional cottage with three porches. Enjoy the view from the screened porch off the kitchen, the covered porch at the front of the house, or on cool days enjoy the view from inside the cozy windowed porch. Inside you'll find 5 bedrooms, 2 baths, and stainless appliances. ​ Guest access Please note that this home does require stairs to access the home and all bedrooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Instead of placing a security deposit hold on your card, we include a small, non-refundable $50 damage waiver in the reservation total—so your funds remain available throughout your trip. This Waiver covers damages up to $500.
