Welcome to our renovated waterfront home with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and heated pool. Located in the Eight Lakes neighborhood of Cape Coral. Our house sits on a canal and offers quick, direct access to the gulf. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores, boutiques, shopping, and area beaches (10 to 20 minutes away). Fish right off the dock. It's a perfect spot to relax. The space You'll love the light bright look of the house, which has comfy new furniture. There is complimentary Wifi and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining room table seats six. Enjoy the outdoor heated pool with lanai and a great view of the water. The bar height patio table seats six and offers a firepit for when the temperature drops. There's a gas grill and lounge chairs for your sunbathing and relaxation needs. You'll be minutes away from Cape Harbour, Tarpon Pointe, and the Yacht Club which offers a community park, pool, and beach access. The beaches of Sanibel, Captiva, and Fort Myers are a short drive or boat ride away. Please be aware that there is an open water seawall and boat dock area with no gate. Location is not appropriate for small children. Please note: There is a strict 6 person MAXIMUM (your children count as people). No visitors. events or gatherings allowed. There is a VERY strict NO PET and NO SMOKING/VAPING policy. The boat and boat lift are off limits. Cape Coral is a safe place, but recordable audio & video security cameras are on premise (front door and dock area) for your safety and to monitor the security of the home. Price includes normal electric usage, any overages will be deducted from the security damage deposit. Please keep windows and doors closed while air conditioner is on to avoid electric overages. Guest access Our property manager will let you in and get you settled. Other things to note There are 2 cruiser bikes, a two person Kayak and 2 standup paddle boards available for your enjoyment. Please keep off the boat and boat lift.
