Cozy & Colourful 1 BR Apt in Historic Gastown

If you’re looking for a cozy, colorful space in one of Vancouver’s most historic and vibrant neighborhoods, you’ve found it! My place is right in the heart of Gastown and comfortably sleeps up to 4 people —and if you have a furry friend, they might be welcome too (just check with me first)! I take pride in keeping the space spotless so you can feel comfortable and at home. I’ve stocked the essentials—coffee, s & p, soap—so you can settle in without worrying about the little things. Guest access You will have access to my entire apartment including the building's BBQ and courtyard on the second level. Sorry, there is no parking in my building! I recommend EasyPark/ZipBy and downloading their app for pricing and available lots nearby. The closest lot is located at 65 W Cordova Street and is $32.75 per day (tax included). Other things to note My Motto: Kind people are our kinda people. While my apartment is located in the heart of Gastown (about 50m from the infamous intersection of Alexander Street and Water Street as seen in many motion pictures!), there has been an increase in the number of homelessness and drug use in the area. This is mostly due to the rising opioid crisis and the fact many non-profits are working a few blocks away. Please understand that a majority of these people are down on their luck. They are harmless and often keep to themselves; However, I understand why this might deter someone from choosing to stay with me.
