The loft feels vast for 250sf with extra vaulted ceilings, extra large windows that offer neat views of downtown and beyond. Apartment is newly renovated, uniquely throughout to maximize the space! The appeal is artistic but simple, modern-industrial/historical charm. All you really need for exploring the city! *Please note that this apartment has a loft-style bed that you will have to use a inclined latter to get into it (as shown in pictures.) The loft bed is a cozy area that you can sit up and move around, but it is designed for sleeping. ------ We include things that would be useful for your stay. From kitchenware, extra linens, toiletries, coffe and condiments that may be needed. The 2nd floor are office's so daytime noise level should be respectful. Historic buildings tend to transfer noise a lot easier so please be mindful of that. The 1st floor is a new restaurant coming soon. *There is no elevator at this historical property with 2 flights of steps. *Parking is metered. You may download the Passport Parking App ahead of time to reserve a space adjacent to the building. (free nights and weekends) **Partying and smoking is NOT allowed. There is a fine of $200 for partying or smoking inside. Guest access 3rd Floor hallway has a laundry room you are welcome to use! Located on the 3rd floor of a nationally protected historic site, the loft is completely brand new and renovated. It offers great views of the capitol city that will inspire your stay. Everything you need is included in our loft! You will truly love it! This is a Historic building and you will hear more outside noise than in newer construction (i.e., restaurant, traffic, day offices, etc). We provide earplugs, noise canceling machines, blockout curtains, etc. However, this can be a disruption to some. Please book with understanding. Metered street parking is all around the building and free after 7pm and weekends. It is close, convenient, usually available and visible from the unit. The Passport Parking app makes it convenient to refill remotely. There are also 2 safe parking garages within walking distance with reasonable rates. There are security cameras installed in the public areas of the building's interior (common hallways) as well as outside of the property. There are NO cameras inside any unit. You complete privacy is protected. *Breaking house rules such as partying, being excessively loud to the point of disturbing other guest's or having more people than noted spend the night could result in a $200 fine, minimum. It is a $500 fine for smoking inside and possibly more for any damages that occur.
