Welcome to Gloria’s on Exchange, a cozy home away from home located in a quiet historic neighborhood. The bones of our home date to 1910, but this little house has received a loving renovation. Local art gives off a “rustic” feel, but all is completely tricked out with smart technology and very cozy furniture and bedding. 2 BEDROOMS/2 BATHS ARE INCLUDED IN THE LISTED PRICE. ADD ON OPTION for 3rd bedroom access w queen bed for $30 per night. All other spaces are included with the rental listing. We are ideally located for visiting the Discovery Park of America, UT Martin, and Reelfoot Lake State Park. EXPLANATION OF RATES/SPACES: 4 PERSONS or LESS: We keep our prices as low as possible to help provide a top notch yet affordable lodging option. Our base rate is set for groups of 4 or less persons with access to 2 bedrooms (1 w/queen and 1 w/2 twin beds), 2 full bathrooms, dining room, living room, full kitchen, deck with grill, and washer/dryer. MORE THAN 4 PERSONS: We ask that reservations with more than 4 in their party add the 3rd bedroom for an additional $30 per night (infants not included in party number). Reservations disclosing and paying in advance for the additional room will have access to a 3rd bedroom with a nice queen bed and work desk. This room remains locked to those who do not pay the additional 3rd bedroom fee. It may not be added or accessed after check in if not paid in advance. We also have 2 additional suites for overnight accommodations available inside our Wedding/Event venue Historic Ann's 1893 on the same block (1 minute walk). Both suites are very nice and have en suite full bathrooms that are gorgeous. There is also a gaming area with pool/pingpong and a full kitchen. Parking: There is a long double driveway at GOE so abundant parking and street parking is also fine. Exchange is a very quiet street with little traffic. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, deck, and surrounding green spaces, with the exception of the third bedroom which remains locked unless the extra person fee is paid in advance. Other things to note Please note, we are DOG FRIENDLY, but ask that you let us know in advance if you are bringing a pooch with you. An extra $75 will be charged via airbnb for the additional time it takes our housekeeper to clean after your check out. Thanks in advance for your help.
