When you walk into the apartment, you may notice a corner stage that has been signed by hundreds of guests. The living room seats up to 25 guests and was once used as a concert space for Rob Thomas from Matchbox 20, touring jazz artists like Bobby Floyd, and musicians from around the world. The Scioto Mike (River), Nationwide Arena, Columbus Commons Park, and other conference centers are nearby. In terms of value, this AirBnB is 2-3x larger than a nearby hotel room.
