The space Our 20 acre property offers the perfect blend of comfort, relaxation, and recreation. The front 5 acres of the property is home to our two cozy cottages, each with the option to enjoy a private hot tub for an additional fee. Guests of both cottages have access to fantastic amenities, including a swimming pool, poolside bathrooms and showers, a palapa with outdoor kitchen, fitness center, laundry facility, and our outdoor cookshack for gatherings and meals. Inside Your Cottage In addition to two well-appointed bedrooms, your cottage features a queen-sized loft with charming barn doors and an upgraded air-flow system for year-round comfort. A dedicated work desk and high-speed fiber internet make it easy to check in with the office or work remotely during your stay. Our spacious, fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need, from essentials for quick meals to tools for gourmet cooking. We even provide fresh farm eggs from our property and locally made breakfast sausage to make your mornings extra special. Outdoor Living Step outside to enjoy our resort-style rock pool with his-and-hers restroom and shower facilities. Relax in the shade of the palapa, cook up a feast in the outdoor kitchen, or take advantage of our fishing spots and walking areas to explore the property. Private Hot Tub Option For just $50 per booking, you can enjoy your own private hot tub located right outside your cottage. For your comfort and cleanliness, the hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled after each guest. Please let us know at least one week before your arrival if you’d like to add this option, and we’ll send you a payment link and have it ready for your stay. Guest access The cottage is located on a peaceful pond, and you’ll have the entire cottage to yourself. Fishing is catch-and-release only, and please note that we do not provide fishing poles, bait, tackle, or other gear. The pool, palapa, poolside bathrooms, and outdoor kitchen are located about 400 feet away, just across the pond. These amenities are shared. For the comfort and safety of all guests, only individuals listed on the reservation (or those pre-approved and checked in with the host) are allowed on the property. This rule is strictly enforced to ensure a secure and enjoyable environment for everyone. Other things to note Click on our host profile to view all our listings and choose the one that best fits your needs. For stays longer than two weeks, the cleaning fee is $200 instead of $100. We often receive inquiries about hosting events such as parties, baby showers, and wedding receptions. However, we want to clarify that we are not an event venue and do not accommodate these types of gatherings. Everyone staying on the property must be included in your reservation. Failure to do so may result in removal without a refund and possible removal from the booking platform. Many guests inquire about having daytime visitors. If you’d like to invite additional guests during the day, you must receive approval from the host first, and fees will apply. Your cottage is completely private and secluded from the other guests. However, we do have additional Airbnbs on the property that share some of the amenities, and extra visitors can sometimes disrupt other guests’ experiences. Our priority is to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone on the property. We are located just 13 minutes from the Texas Renaissance Festival in Todd Mission, which runs from October to November.
