Enjoy one of New Smyrna's very few rentals that offer a Private Pool and Hot Tub in the Heart of New Smyrna Beach. The back yard offers a private and peaceful setting to enjoy the Pool &Hot Tub. Great Location, Walk to Flagler Ave, where all the restaurants, shops and bars are located. Beach access is less than a 2 minute walk, just across the street. **30 day minimum- We have multiple units please contact host if you have a big group or if you need to book a shorter stay.. The space This house has a lot of seating in the main living space and out by the pool area. We have additional units available if you have more than 4 in your group. Please do not show up at the house with additional people - the property mgr lives on the same street. This property is not set up for children who can not swim - there is no additional barrier to the pool once you go out the back door so we have a strict policy not allowing children that can not swim unassisted. Other things to note Parking for a total of 3 vehicles. If you have more than 3 vehicles please contact host ahead of time to see if any other parking options are available.
