Escape to your own private bedroom in a 1,400 sq ft non-smoking, shared house. Conveniently located close to I4. 15 min drive to Universal Studios and 20 min drive to Disney World. Very close to Walmart, Publix and Restaurants. The house is located in a quite and beautiful neighborhood with mature landscaping and beautiful trees. PLEASE NOTE: We do not provide Kitchen for cooking or Laundry. But You can still use the microwave and refrigerator The space The house is a perfect place to chill in Orlando's hot weather as it is surrounded with lot of trees and it is in a very quiet neighborhood. Guest access Living room, Bed room, Sun room. After 10:00 PM maintain silent hours During your stay We respect your privacy, but if you need us we are just a call away ! After 10:00 PM maintain silent hours Other things to note 1) Please remove your shoes outside but you will be provided with flip-flops to wear inside the home. 2) After 10:00 PM maintain silent hours. 3) Our Toilet is on a Septic tank, so please make sure to not flush anything other than toilet paper. Please make use of the trash can in the rest room.
