There are 3 Smart TVs located within the home (Master Bedroom, Living Room, and Family Room) that come equipped with Satellite Cable through DirecTV and access to all your favorite apps (Netlflix/Hulu). There is off-street parking for 1 car and the home comes equipped with Central Heat and Air Conditioning (A/C)! On the outdoor deck off the kitchen/living room you will also find a BBQ for guest use. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home with exception to inside the garage (garage is separate with only entrance being front garage door) - parking in driveway is allowed and there is AMPLE street parking right in front of home Other things to note ***PETS*** The owner does allow pets in the home. There is a $100 pet fee added to a reservation. If you are bringing a pet, the owner request you provide documentation that they are up to date on their shots, flea medication and such. We also ask the pets do not go to the downstairs portion of the home as it is all carpet. The main level with dining room, kitchen, family room and living room are all hard wood floors.
